A belabored review of a quality concert. I don’t know how to take good concert photos for the life of me.

Also, I have nowhere else to put this thought, but it bothered me immensely the entire night: where is the “t” in “Beths” in the background? Who are the Behs? And what have these impostors done with the laudable and kind-hearted Beths? An investigation is in order…

“Straight Line Was a Lie” is an album that leaves little impact and has little to offer. Listening to it at its worst, and sometimes even at its best, makes me question if The Beths were ever actually good to begin with.
